Setting a fixed custom difficulty using the password parameter
For example, if you want to set the start difficulty to 5k

You would use:

-p password field: d=5000,c=LTC

Auto diff adjusting stratum submits 10 shares per minute

If d= is set too low dont worry diff code will handle this & force a higher diff to suit share submit/hashrate.
